Administration

In the Administration section we will have a list of players in which we can perform certain actions. Possible actions are as follows

  • Restart

  • Turn Panel On or Off

  • BLock or Unlock Screen

  • Cancel action

Restart

Allows you to restart the players.

Lock and Unlock Screen

Allows to Lock or Unlock the use of remote controls on the WebOS and Tizen screens

Requirements:

  • That the screen has admira in operation

  • That the screen has an internet connection

  • You need to have version a24.02.15 or higher to work.

How does it work?

  1. Within Administration we must filter by the player(s) in which we want to lock the screen

  2. We will select our player and, in the section above, we will select the Lock Screen action. (In this case, the screen is unlocked, so we will see the lock in the “Screen Status” column open. If it appears Open it means that the screen is unlocked, however, if it appears closed it means that it is locked.

  3. When we have everything selected, the “Send” option will be activated. We will click Send and in a few seconds the remote will be locked on the screen. The “Screen Status” icon will change to a closed padlock.

  4. To unlock the screen again you must do the same as in step 3 but selecting “Unlock screen”

Power On/Off Panel

Allows to turn off or on the panel of the WebOS and Tizen screens.

Requirements:

  • That the screen has admiration in operation

  • That the screen has an internet connection

  • You need to have version a24.02.15 or higher to work.

How does it work?

  1. Within Administration we must filter by the player(s) in which we want to turn on the panel.

  2. We will select our player and, at the top, we will select the Turn Off Panel action. (In this case, the Panel is on, you can tell from the color of the Logo that appears in the “OS” column. If it is Green, the panel is on, and if it is Purple, it is is turned off.

  3. When we have everything selected, the “Send” option will be activated. We will click Send and in a few seconds the player will turn off the panel. The OS icon will also change to purple.

  4. To turn the panel back on, we must do exactly the same as in step 3, but marking “Turn on Panel”
