Log
The Log section allows you to know the download status of the contents and which ones are associated with a player.
Once a content has been distributed, it is advisable to review the Log to verify that the content is correctly associated with the desired players and is downloaded.
In order for the change to be updated, the player must have a connection. If the player does not have connectivity, it will continue to broadcast the previous contents until they expire –in which case a transitional content would be broadcast– or until the connection is recovered. and the distribution can be updated.
Possible Actions
In the Log section it is possible to perform the following actions:
General actions:
Magnifying Glass icon: Filter by informative criteria and player information. During the creation of this search filter, you can combine as many informative fields as necessary. For example: Download Status + Country + Landscape Screen
Actions by player: To the right of each player there are some icons that detail the following information:
Icon “i”: Information on the contents associated by player. Allows you to see an image and the name of each content available in the selected player. In the event that the content is pending download, the list of contents will be separated into 2 sections:
Pending: Download pending, they will be surrounded by a red frame. The content is not yet downloaded to the player and therefore will not be broadcast.
Downloaded: Available content that is broadcast on the selected player
Arrows Icon: Direct access to Download Log. Corresponds to the Administration > Management > Download Log platform section
It allows knowing the details of the date and time of downloading the contents. To do this, display the list of players, select one and press Attachments Log
From that same section it is possible to access the Attachment Log, which corresponds to the clip icon.
Clip Icon: Direct access to Attachments Log. This section can be accessed through Administration > Management > Download Log > Attachment Log
In case of having distributed dynamic contents (HTML/FLASH) it allows to see the detail of the attached elements.
To do this, display the list of players, select one and press Download Log.
Arrows and Clip Icon: Attachment Log and Download Log
Screens icon: Direct access to Screens Log. This section can be accessed through Administration > Management > Screen Log
The detail of the information in this section is related to “Administration > Distribution > List of Devices”.
The Screen Log section allows you to see the detailed record of the responses sent to the server, ordered chronologically (most recent on top). In order to consult this information, a team must be selected from the combo of players and the device ID, a list will be detailed below.
We only obtain this information if we have previously registered the devices in the portal (see previous section “Screens”).
